The VEVOR Metal Lathe is a 8.7 x 29.5 Inch/220 x 750MM Mini Metal Lathe with a powerful 1.1KW DC motor that provides infinitely variable speed control. The speed range is from 50-2250 RPM, displayed accurately on the LED screen for precise operation. The lathe also features a MT5 taper in the spindle nose and a soft start function, with a change-over switch for clockwise or counter-clockwise spindle rotation. It can be operated manually or with the adjustable auto feed rate.

With a large swing range of 750mm, this bench top lathe comes equipped with a 3-jaw Chuck with a diameter of 4.9"/125mm. The swing over bed is 8.7"/220mm and the swing over cross slide is 29.5"/750mm, allowing for the turning of large and heavy workpieces. The lathe also has a MT5 taper in the spindle nose and a range of imperial threads from 8 to 44 T.P.I.

The professional compound rest on this mini lathe machine features a quick change tool post that allows for internal cutting, face cutting, and bevel cutting by adjusting the tool post angle and compound rest. The blades can be moved freely with the feed rod, which has a heat-hardened lead screw.

To ensure smooth and chatter-free operation, the lathe comes with a steady rest for end support and a follow rest for turning long, slender workpieces. It also includes a backsplash guard for added protection.

The tailstock on this lathe is adjustable, with a MT2 taper in the spindle and a lever that can be rotated to lock the spindle or advance the handwheel. To cut tapers, the tailstock can be offset by adjusting the four set screws located on the tailstock base.
