The Dividing Head BS-1 Set includes a 6" 3-jaw chuck, tailstock, and dividing plates, perfect for milling, grinding, and drilling machines. The semi universal dividing head has a spindle speed of 2500Rpm and features an adjustable angle, allowing the headstock to be adjusted from the horizontal position to 90 degrees upward. With a swing of 6-1/2" (168mm) and a center height of 5" (128mm), this set also comes with 3 additional jaws for the 6" chuck.

Constructed from HT200 material, the dividing head is designed for long life and features a rigid frame that provides high accuracy with minimal backlash, ensuring smooth rotation. The reduction ratio of the dividing head is 1:40.

For clear and accurate measurements, the dividing head milling machine is equipped with laser-engraved scales. With 24 quick-dividing holes, it can complete 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, and 24 division indexing. Each circle represents 360 degrees, with each scale standing for 1 degree.

The MT3 tailstock is adjustable and comes with a large live center, perfect for heavy-duty workpieces. It features ball bearing precision for smooth turning and includes a free dead center. Additionally, the set includes 3 dividing head index plates for indirect dividing in any division indexing from 2-50 and 51-380, excluding prime numbers and certain other numbers.
